Photography Rights and Usage

Clients receive rights to use photographs as specified in their service agreement. wickzenshop retains copyright to all photographs and reserves the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule photography sessions with advance notice. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated during the booking process and outlined in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of wickzenshop or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Photographs taken by wickzenshop are protected by copyright. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement, but copyright ownership remains with wickzenshop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WICKZENSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid to wickzenshop for the specific service giving rise to the claim. If you have any dispute with wickzenshop, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

Severability

Your continued use of our services or website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
