Cancellation terms, including required notice periods and any applicable fees, will be clearly communicated during the booking process and outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. If a session has been completed and digital files have been delivered, refunds are generally not available. For sessions cancelled before completion, refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms of your service agreement.

Deposits and Payments
